Appointment Scheduler / Customer Service

Do you just want a job, or would you like a CAREER? We are a full service HVAC / Plumbing company looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional customer service representative to work full time. We are a rapidly growing service business focused on residential and commercial service.

These are the tasks associated with this position but not limited to:

  • Answer customer inbound telephone inquiries
  • Set appointments for field service personnel
  • Determine who to send to each address based on company prioritization rules
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service call
  • Collect and record call recap information from service personnel
  • Perform telephone "happy calls" to customers following service calls
  • Professionally address and resolve issues with the occasional dissatisfied customer
  • Other office duties when call volume permits
  • Processing work orders and invoices
  • Ordering materials; returning warranty and unused parts; and
  • Reviewing and submitting technician time sheets and commission reports
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned

* 5+ years' experience in the trade is a big plus!

As the first person new customers encounter, you will be on the front line of our effort to deliver excellent, prompt, professional service. You support our customers and field service personnel, and our management supports you in an upbeat, pro-growth environment.
