My neighbor recommended AllTech when I had a leak from my master bedroom toilet. My husband is deployed so handling any plumbing emergency falls on me right now. What a great experience dealing with Alltech! Joe, was polite, explained everything and made sure the job was done right the first time. Joe, AllTech's plumber did an excellent job on our condos faucet replacement. He was courteous, professional, and patient about explaining what he was doing. At every point in my dealings with AllTech, I was impressed. The office support was outstanding and responsive, providing me with same day service and a courtesy call prior to the tech's arrival. Their cost estimate was significantly lower than two other appraisals I received. I chose AllTech not only for the lower cost, but because I felt I could trust Joe. When Ed and team member arrived I appreciate that they put on the cover shoes to protect carpet. Their work resulted in me getting heat in my bedroom, until then, there was not heat coming into the bedroom. As a result of the service I received, I signed-up for PMP and will make ALL TECH Services my primary vendor for my furnace.
